Project description:
The footbridge is designed as a safe pedestrian crossing across the modernized railway line. In the part above the track, the footbridge has a composite steel-concrete structure.
The end supports on the footbridge (on the ramp, stairs and the footbridge itself) are monolithic reinforced-concrete with shallow foundation. The intermediate supports consist of pillars founded on piles with a diameter of 0.6 m and a length of 6.0 m.
The steel part of the load-bearing structure consists of a enclosed box girder with a total weight of 17.5 t. The composite reinforced-concrete slab connected to the steel beam and is 3 m wide and max. 0.25 m thick. The reinforced-concrete structure has a T-shaped cross-section and a height of 0.70 m and a maximum width of 3.0 m.
The waterproof insulation system of the reinforced-concrete bridge deck is made using direct-walking sprayed technology based on polyurethane with a total area of 445.0 m2.
