THE ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES THIS SAFETY POLICY:
OPEN ACCESS - The organization shall provide the public and interested parties with access to all information on occupational hazards, impacts and the profile of the organization. The exchange of information and open dialogue with employees, subcontractors, customers, construction users, cooperation with state administration bodies, regional authorities and interest groups will be supported. The company is committed to discussing and participating in the creation of the SM Health and Safety Policy at all levels within the organization
LEGAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS - The organization's management undertakes to comply with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations for the protection of employees' health at work and other requirements to which the organization has committed itself and which relate to its risks.
INPUT BUILDING MATERIALS - Priority will be given to the use of new safe materials, products and services with regard to the health of all persons coming into contact with them and their safe work, and their suppliers will be encouraged and favored.
EQUIPMENT, TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATION OF THE SITE - The organization is committed to proper maintenance of construction machinery, mechanisms and equipment, to use preferably safe technologies towards the health of employees and later users of buildings. The operation of each construction site will be ensured with a view to minimizing the possible safety and occupational risk.
CONSTRUCTION WORK - The organization undertakes to ensure proper cleaning and treatment of the surroundings of the finished construction work, safe and responsible disposal of residual waste before handing over the work to the customer. Advice will be provided, or building users, subcontractors and the public will be educated.
RESPONSIBILITY - The organization's top management has overall responsibility for the organization's security policy. To ensure this, the management of the organization undertakes to create the necessary material, personnel, technical and financial resources. Specific powers and responsibilities are set for the implementation of the security policy.
HEALTH AND SAFETY - Care will be taken to protect the health and safety of employees, building users and the protection of external entities related to the environment in which the organization operates.
EDUCATION - At all levels of management, the organization will educate, train and motivate employees, informing them about the risks and impacts of their work. The transfer of security experience between the organization, subcontractors and cooperating companies will be organized.
PRINCIPLE OF PREVENTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - The organization's management is committed to continually improving its security policy, objectives, programs and security profile within its objectives, target values and programs.
