SW s.zo.o. follows up on the production of Polcab in Mszana. The original asphalt plant was moved from Mszana to a new plot of land on Debina Street in Jastrzebie Zdroj. Thanks to its location, the asphalt plant can supply asphalt mixtures in the Moravian-Silesian Region to the districts of Karviná, Ostrava, Opava and Frýdek Místek. SW s.zo.o. focuses exclusively on the production of hot coated asphalt mixtures, produced in the BERNARDI MIC S125 asphalt plant with a maximum hourly output of 200 tons per hour. After relocation and reconstruction, especially of the dedusting filters, the asphalt plant has been in operation since 2017 and is characterized by its ecological operation and performance, which covers the needs of contractual and irregular customers.

All mixtures are produced according to applicable standards - especially ČSN EN 13108. The asphalt plant uses a production management system according to ČSN EN 13108 and QMS according to ČSN EN ISO 9001. The mixtures are also approved by the Directorate of Roads and Motorways of the Czech Republic for use on roads of classes I - III.
