Project description:
The project involved the dismantling of the pre-existing structures, concreting of supports founded on deep piles with a diameter of 0.9 m and a length of 12.0 - 20.0 m. The bridge itself consists of a steel structures with solid-section beams and a lower deck, and the middle span is reinforced with an arch. In terms of statics, the bridges act as two separate continuous beams with two spans. There is one structure for each track. Both bridge structures are identical, the only difference being that the left bridge carries an integrated cable tray and the structures are offset from each other by 4m in the longitudinal direction. Both load-bearing structures were assembled on the head of Support 1 on an assembly grid and were then extended in four stages through temporary support structures towards Support 4. After mounting on spherical roller bearings (8 units for each load-bearing structure), reinforcing arches with transverse bracings were mounted and welded in the middle span on a temporary support structure, and the central span was suspended on the arches using DN 90 mm rods.
- Bridge length: 105,0 m
- Number of spans: 3 (22,0 m + 60,0 m + 22,0 m)
- Number of structures: 2
- Load-bearing structure height 11.45 m (in the middle of the 2nd span)
- Weight of one structure: 439,127 tonnes
