RECONSTRUCTION OF AN OVERPASS OVER THE RAILWAY LINE AND THE CITY STREET AT KM 125 + 269 OF ROAD NO. 94 IN OŁAW, RENOVATION OF THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE AND SUPPORTS

Project description:

Repair of supports No. 11 and 15 located on the territory of PKP - railway station Oława at km 154.352 of line No. 132, worth 313 878.61 PLN excluding VAT and in the range of:
Lifting the load-bearing structure and carrying out work during road and rail traffic.
Demolition of the corroded concrete shell of the rail and the support columns.
Replacement of 27 elastomer bearings.
Implementation of a new reinforced-concrete shell on columns and supports together with anti-corrosion protection of concrete surfaces.
Repair of the load-bearing structure together with the repair of supports No. 12, 13 and 14 located on the territory of PKP - railway station Oława at km 154.352 of line No. 132, worth 5 783 816.51 PLN excluding VAT and in the range of:
Implementation of temporary transport measures on state and regional roads – repair of the overpass was carried out during road and rail traffic, in halves in sections of about 155 m.
Demolition of the load-bearing structure: bituminous surface, safety elements (barriers, railings), modular expansion joints, reinforced-concrete pavements, reinforced-concrete bridge decks in beam spans type WBS and Płońsk, corroded parts of the bridge deck in monolithic spans, corroded concrete layers on supports no. 12 , 13 and 14.
Implementation of a new reinforced concrete bridge deck together with underpass supports in the volume of 705.6 m3.
Implementation of insulation from a fused strip on a resin base in the amount of 4360 m2.
Implementation of reinforced concrete sidewalk ledges in the volume of 284.15 m3.
Implementation of bridge deck drainage – transverse and longitudinal drainage of the bridge deck and installation of collectors from HDPE pipes in the length of 123.15 m.
Installation of safety elements – installation of protections against electric shock in the amount of 50.0 m, steel railings in the amount of 583.0 m and barriers in the amount of 583.0 m.
Implementation of surfaces – on the roadway: wearing course made of AS AKM 8S and base course made of cast asphalt AS 11W in the amount of 3 035.84 m2, on sidewalk ledges made of synthetic bitumen th. 5 mm in the amount of 1218.38 m2.
Implementation of flexible expansion joints based on modified polyurethane type POLYFLEX PA 15 in the amount of 232.0 m.
Repair with PCC mortars of the load-bearing structure – load-bearing beams type WBS and Płońsk as well as monolithic slabs in the amount of 8595.1 m2 and anti-corrosion protection of concrete surfaces in the amount of 9268.58 m2.
Securing the lower part of the load-bearing structure against nesting birds in the amount of 3510.0 m2.
Repair of LV road lighting power lines with a total length of 583.0 m and a value of 158,376.24 PLN without VAT.
