Project description:
The portals are used to attach vertical traffic signs. The load-bearing steel structure consists of two bent sheet metal U-profiles, welded to each other to form a box profile. The weld is a blunt continuous V weld so that no water enters the cross section. The stand is of a similar design with a foot. The mullion has a square cross-section. The steel foot is anchored to the reinforced concrete foot using anchor bolts.
For two-beam portals, the service footbridge is 600 mm wide and is located at the level of the lower beam. The footbridge is attached to the portal using brackets made of rolled U120 profiles. A steel railing 1.10 m high is installed around the footbridge. The walking surface of the footbridge consists of floor gratings (mesh max. 15×15mm / 30×10mm). The walking surface of the structure has a 100 mm high bar around the perimeter of the railing.
