The project involved the following structures:
The paved areas of the square, sidewalks and roads are connected to the Mechanica 01 and 02, Walter and Rezidence A4 buildings. Construction layers incl. subsoil remediation were carried out. The areas consist of cut cubes spanning a total area of 1 168 m2, large-format paving 3 665 m2, curbs 478 m, Prague mosaic 158 m2, stone paving 419 m2, asphalt concrete ACO 11+ with an area of 1 043 m2.
A water feature with FIZZ JET fountain jets was built on the square, incl. engine room located on the 1st underground floor.
To illuminate the square, public lighting was installed with 38 atypical columns. Micropiles with a total length of 234 m were made for 9 pylons.
Utility networks were built under the paved areas. Stoneware storm drain system with a length of 128.80 m, sewage 64.80 m, water supply 73.23 m, water connections 10.27 m, gas pipeline 80.70 m and gas connections 16.40 m. Drainage of the square is carried out using line drains with a length of 295 m.
Landscaping consisted in bringing topsoil th. 20 cm, lawn substrate th. 10 cm with an area of 2 448 m2, then a grass carpet of 2,448 m2 was laid. 742 m3 of substrate was brought for the flowerbeds. 51 trees, 2 400 shrubs, 12 345 perennials and grasses and 2 776 bulbs were planted. An irrigation system was built for the overall landscaping.
