Description:
The work on the footbridge over Revúca consisted of demolishing the original retaining wall at the foundation, formwork and concreting of new foundation blocks, assembly and founding of the Modular footbridge ML36 in the total length of 21.00 m. After the footbridge structure has been founded, a two-arm access ramp with stairs and a second arm for handicapped pedestrians with an elevation of 8% and a length of 6.5 m were installed.
The steel load-bearing structure of the pedestrian bench across Váh with a total length of 55.90 m and a width of 2.5 m was cleaned of old anti-corrosion paint and surface corrosion after dismantling the floors. After the inspection, the individual elements of the structure were replaced or reinforced. Subsequently, a three-layer anti-corrosion protection with a total area of 644.5 m2 was applied and a new ash wood floor was installed.
